Return and Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after placing and paying for your item to request a return. After 2 days, AfroVogue will not be able to offer you a refund.

Please contact us about any questions you may have prior to placing an order.

If your return is accepted, we will email you back to discuss your refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

There may be special circumstances where we may apply an exception and offer you store credit for your next purchase. Please be aware that exceptions and store credits will only be approved at the discretion of AfroVogue. Exceptions will not be offered due to changes that occur with the customer (ex: Customer's gain in weight led to a tighter fit).

Exchanges 

Due to the customizations involved in each order, we are unable to process an exchange at this time. Please call us at 888-62-VOGUE for further concerns you may have.

Refunds 

Due to the nature of customizations involved with each order, refunds will not be offered after 2 days from when full payment was made. If you place an order and decide to cancel within our 2-day allowance, you can email us to begin the refund process. We will notify you we have received your email and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
